How to change your domain information if the administration e-mail address is not correct.

Note: Network Solutions proceedures may change without notice and may render this document incorrect.

FIRST, You must be the legal owner of the domain as listed with Network Solutions.

SECOND, Read all instructions for the change procedure before doing the change.

1) Go to http://www.networksolutions.com.
2) Select "Make Changes".
3) Enter the domain name that you want the information changed on.
4) Select "Expert" from the forms option.
5) Select "Service Agreement".
6) Enter your CURRENT e-mail address, domain name, and select "Modify Existing Domain Name Registration".
7) Fill out all the changed information on the form.

7a) If you are changing to Access Orlando the following information should be changed:

Technical Contact
5a. NIC Handle (if known)...........: noc65

Primary Name Server
7a. Primary Server Hostname.........: dns1.accessorl.net
7b. Primary Server Netaddress.......: 205.244.242.10

Secondary Name Server(s)
8a. Secondary Server Hostname.......: dns2.ao.net
8b. Secondary Server Netaddress.....: 208.243.147.9

Optional Information
Secondary Server Hostname.......: dns3.ao.net
Secondary Server Netaddress.....: 209.12.213.240

8) Submit the form.
9) "Reply" to the e-mail you receive.
10) You will receive another e-mail stating you are not the correct person to make the changes. In the subject line of the e-mail there will be a NIC tracking number. Write this down.
11) Go to http://www.networksolutions.com.
12) Select "Make Changes".
13) Enter the domain name that you want the information changed on.
14) Select "Expert" from the forms option.
15) Select "Form to authorize domain name registration modification requests" near the bottom of the list.
16) Fill out the information and the NIC tracking number.
17) Submit this form.
18) Cut and paste the form results into a word processor document and print on company letterhead. (This assumes the letterhead of the company is the same as the company that owns the domain.)
19) Sign the document and FAX it to Network Solutions at the number provided.
20) You will receive a confirmation e-mail that the domain has been updated.
